WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: All bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of service. Full price of service applies in the case of a late cancellation or no-show. If a member does not show up for a scheduled service the session credit is forfeited. A courtesy reconfirmation email will be sent to you. Please call the Studio to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY PURCHASE?
All purchases are final.
DO MY PURCHASES EXPIRE?
All purchases are valid for 30 days after purchase unless stated otherwise.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
Yes. Gift cards may be purchased at the Studio or online. Our therapies are wonderful gifts to give and receive!
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM AGE TO USE THE SERVICES?
You must be at least 14 years or older to use our services, with a supervising adult 18+ to sign a consent form.
DO YOU PROVIDE CHILDCARE?
We do not. Parents will need to make arrangements for their childcare outside of the Studio.
CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes. You can freeze your membership for up to 60 total days per calendar year. You may use the freeze all at once or split it into two separate periods during the year. Once you reach 60 frozen days, no additional freezes are allowed until the next calendar year.
