Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Sauna & Soak Lounge. By booking a session, purchasing a package or gift card, or visiting our facility at any time, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms & Conditions exist to create a respectful, safe, and clear experience for all clients.

1. General Information


The Sauna & Soak Lounge provides contrast therapy services including infrared sauna, cold plunge, float therapy, and related amenities. These services are intended for personal wellness and relaxation only. They are not medical treatments, and we do not provide any form of diagnosis, care, or health guarantees.

All guests must be at least 18 years old unless otherwise approved in writing by management.

2. Waiver & Health Disclaimer


All guests are required to sign a liability waiver before using our services.

By using our facilities, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • These services are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

  • You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.

  • You assume full responsibility for your health and safety during your visit.

We recommend consulting your physician before using sauna, cold plunge, or float therapy—especially if you have underlying medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medications.

3. Booking & Payment


We use ClubReady for all scheduling, payments, and communication. By booking a session, you agree to ClubReady's terms as well as ours.

  • Prepayment is required for all services.

  • Sessions must be booked through our online system or at the front desk.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

​

For Members:

  • A $15 late cancel fee applies if you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment.

  • A $15 no-show fee applies if you miss your appointment entirely. The session credit will be forfeited.

For Non-Members:

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations result in the loss of the session credit. No refunds or transfers.

5. Refunds & Transfers


All purchases are final.

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Session packages

  • Memberships

  • Missed or canceled appointments

  • Retail purchases

  • Gift cards

Memberships, sessions, and gift cards are non-transferable and may not be shared.

6. Membership Terms


All memberships are subject to the following:

  • 90-day commitment required at signup.

  • After 90 days, memberships auto-renew month-to-month until a 30-day cancellation form is submitted.

  • Session credits do not roll over from month to month.

  • Freezes: Memberships may be frozen for up to 6 months, 1 month at a time, with a $25/month freeze fee. Freeze forms must be submitted at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle. No freezes allowed within the first 90 days.

  • Memberships cannot be canceled while frozen, and credits may not be used during a freeze.

  • Memberships can only be downgraded 4 times per year (after the 90-day initial commitment).

  • Unlimited memberships allow 1 session per service type per day.

7. Gift Cards

​

  • We offer physical and digital gift cards, available in-store or online.

  • All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Gift cards are valid for 2 years, as required by Tennessee law, but we recommend using them within 1 year.

  • Gift cards may not be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.​

8. Retail Purchases


All retail products are available for purchase in-store only. All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any retail items.

9. Behavior Expectations


We are a shared wellness space. Please be respectful of our team, other guests, and the environment.

  • Keep voices low

  • No photos or video recording in private areas

  • No disruptive behavior

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies

10. Intellectual Property


All content, branding, logos, photography, and design elements on this website and in-store are the intellectual property of The Sauna & Soak Lounge. Use or reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

11. ClubReady & Third-Party Services


We use ClubReady to manage bookings, payments, email/text communications, and client accounts. By using our services, you also agree to ClubReady’s privacy practices and policies.

​

We are not responsible for errors, outages, or security breaches on their platform, though we do our best to protect your information.

​

12. Governing Law


These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with state laws.
